Construction Features

Evaporator Materials approved by quality standards are used to manufacture this product, and each operation is carefully checked throughout the process. Evaporator tubing is arranged in three bobbins and aluminum finned tubes have a deep corrugation for better air use. Both the fins and the attachment to the tube are performed by modern and accurate machines to obtain a high transmission coefficient.

Cabinet The Cabinet, which has a self-supporting build, is made of smooth aluminum, painted in white with baked epoxy paint, according to the strictest health standards. The drain pan is easily accessible for cleaning.

Motor fans In all cases, airflows were carefully studied according to the transfer surfaces for greater efficiency. All motor fans have IP54-class B insulation, are mounted externally, where M feature units have one phase 220V unit coolers and those with T feature units have three-phase 380 V/50 Hz unit coolers. We can supply other voltages and frequencies upon request. In all cases, the units are provided with heat shield coiling and are mounted with bearings for low temperatures. The protective grids are finished with epoxy and built under the applicable safety standards.

Defrost heaters The heaters are made of stainless steel, connected and sealed in the factory. Their working voltage is 220 V. They can be installed or removed through a side cover on the equipment, and are connected to the battery by one of their ends to prevent displacement resulting from dilation.
